kalt is no longer friends only. However, just because I allow my icons to be publicly viewed does not mean that I will be any less strict on how they're dealt with. Since I take time out of my day to crop, resize and work with layers to get the coloring, contrast, et cetera to the way I see fit does mean that I can lay a few ground rules down on their usage. The first? Do not edit my icons. This includes anything regarding holidays or borders or anything that requires you to go into a paint program. I don't like it, I won't allow it and I will contact you about it if I see my icons altered without my permission (which, by the way, I rarely ever give). The second rule is to credit

kalt. Not crediting will result in a comment, private message or some other way of contact to inform you that you are not crediting (and also asking/demanding that you do). The third is to not hot link any of the images, while the fourth is to not repost any of the icons. By going into this journal, looking through my icons and so forth, I assume you've read this.

Since this journal isn't just used for icons, but also character development (which is f-locked) and random rambles, I'll have a few people added. If you find that your journal is no longer added, or you'd like to be added (because we are either in a game together, we talk oocly or even if we talk to/play with the same people), go for it.
